Summary
We seek a Sam Altman-like Machine Learning Lead with strong expertise in transformers, encoder/decoder architectures, and language models for our startup. The successful candidate will have an ICE (Individual Contributor Experience) focus of 70%, with 20% dedicated to mentorship and 10% to leadership activities.
The Machine Learning Lead will develop AI architecture with our small and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI architecture, focusing on transformers, encoder/decoder architectures, and language models.
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the latest generative AI techniques, including GPT, LangChain, transformers, and encoder/decoder architectures.
- 5+ years of experience in AI research, focusing on generative AI and language models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Understanding of MLOps.
