Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in computer vision, NLP, or recommendation systems
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference
- Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI development
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and algorithm design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
