As a Maintenance Planner at RTX, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities, and to develop and implement solutions to maintenance-related problems.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure that maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, with the ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules using these systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
