As a Manager Digital Engineering 2, you will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and data scientists to design and develop cutting-edge digital solutions. You will be responsible for driving innovation, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.
