As a Manager Embedded Software Engineer 1, you will be responsible for leading a team of embedded software engineers in the development of complex software systems for aerospace and defense applications. You will oversee the design, development, and testing of software systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, C++, and Linux, with experience in Agile methodologies and DO-178C. You will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and quality assurance.
