As a Manager- Supply Chain NPI & Industrialization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive new product introduction (NPI) and industrialization processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive NPI and industrialization processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
- Analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business outcomes
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, NPI, or industrialization
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
