As a Manufacturing Automation Tech (Sustainment), you will be responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of automation systems for manufacturing processes. This includes working with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, designing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of existing automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions using Python, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of existing automation systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including machine learning and AWS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing automation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, including Python, Node.js, and machine learning.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
