Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing procedures
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment for automation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Strong analytical and project management skills
