We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Repair & Maintenance professional to join our team on the 4th shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery, as well as troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
