Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud platforms and distributed computing
- Lead architecture decisions for AI systems, including model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
- Optimize AI models for performance, cost, and latency in production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
- Expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or generative AI models
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and AI infrastructure
- Proven leadership in technical architecture and team collaboration
