We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in Endpoint Management who is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise device management solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role focuses on managing modern workplace environments across platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring secure, optimized device lifecycle management, security compliance, application deployment, and endpoint automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Manage and support multi-platform device environments including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Configure device enrollment methods such as Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Android Enterprise, Azure AD Join, and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
Define and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across all supported platforms.
