As a Missile Modeling Infrared (IR) Plume Engineer – Level 2, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced missile modeling and simulation tools using infrared (IR) plume analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate complex algorithms and models into our missile systems. Your expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer will be essential in creating accurate and reliable simulations. You will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting results, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with engineers to implement changes. This role requires a strong understanding of missile systems, aerodynamics, and thermodynamics. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced missile modeling and simulation tools using infrared (IR) plume analysis.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in missile systems, aerodynamics, and thermodynamics.
- Strong understanding of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Fortran.
- Experience with ANSYS Fluent and other CFD software.
