About the Role
We are looking for AI Research Engineer to join our AI Product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and has strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and large language or vision-language models.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using LLMs and vision-language models (VLMs) to solve real-world problems.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems using structured multi-step workflows.
- Conduct experiments including data preparation, model evaluation, and performance validation.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test new ideas.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals and model training.
- Experience with transformer-based models in NLP or computer vision.
- Strong programming skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD.
- Publications in top AI conferences (e.g., ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).
- Experience with transfer learning, fine-tuning, or distillation of foundation models.
- Exposure to ML areas such as reinforcement learning, edge AI, speech recognition, diffusion models, robotics learning, recommender systems, or time-series forecasting.
