Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI projects
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML to enhance product capabilities
- Ensure robust data pipelines and preprocessing for model training
- Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong background in statistics, algorithms, and data structures
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
