They provide staffing solutions to address the current talent gap and act as a Career Coach to their consultants.

This role is for an ML/AI Lead/Architect based in Austin, TX, with a full-time duration. Candidates must be open to relocation as offices have opened up in a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

  • Set the Client/NLP direction within the team.
  • Contribute to technically complex projects that are fast-paced and critical to the business.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with team members.
  • Solve problems from design to engineering execution, including crisis management, communication, issue tracking, triaging, and providing recommendations to partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Client/NLP fundamentals.
  • Experience in applying Client/NLP/deep-learning solutions to real-world problems.
  • Experience in integrating Client/NLP algorithms with end-user applications, accounting for data pipelines and feedback loops.
  • Experience in maintaining deployed systems with Client/NLP solutions.
  • Experience with deep learning toolkits such as Keras/TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Mongo databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with software engineering and solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of software engineering development, test, operational, and maintenance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and user experience.
  • Quick learner with an ability to self-teach to navigate uncertainty/ambiguity and frequently changing industry standards.
  • Curious problem solver who seeks to understand the underlying technology behind the product.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, from design to engineering execution - including crisis management, communication, issue tracking, triaging and providing recommendations to partners.
