MPGS Deploy Resource (10+ Years) – Nairobi, Kenya (Onsite)
We are hiring an experienced MPGS Deploy Resource to support Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) clients by driving merchant onboarding, managing technical integrations, and providing operational support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate merchant onboarding and implementation activities.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and Mastercard technical teams.
Support merchant API integrations and payment gateway implementations.
Manage production support issues, incidents, and technical service requests.
Track onboarding projects, implementation milestones, and technical tickets.
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth production operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor implementation progress and improve onboarding efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Payment Gateway, Merchant Onboarding, or Technical Project Delivery.
Strong knowledge of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
Hands-on experience with API integrations and merchant implementations.
Good understanding of digital commerce and online payment ecosystems.
Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical issues.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Experience in payment processing and transaction lifecycle management is highly preferred.
