As a Lead Program Controls Analyst for Naval Power (NP), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of program controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement corrective actions. This role requires a strong understanding of program controls, risk management, and compliance.

Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- 10+ years of experience in program controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of program controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
