We're a seed-stage startup building the context layer for agentic cybersecurity. We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team in the SF Bay Area. As a Software Engineer at Northstar Security, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and secure software systems using Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
- Work closely with the Machine Learning team to integrate ML models into our software systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on scalability and security.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS, with experience in cloud-based development.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with Machine Learning and its integration into software systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
