Looking for a long term onsite OCP RE with the following skills - OCP RE Requirements: 4-6 years experience focused on OpenShift operations and administration Support and maintain OpenShift clusters post-deployment (Day-2 operations) Manage cluster health, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and incident resolution Executes operational best practices and escalates critical issues as needed Coordinates with operations, support teams, and sometimes application teams for issue resolution Focuses on operational monitoring and troubleshooting Implements Day-2 operational procedures but does not define architecture Troubleshoots operational issues and supports cluster lifecycle management Supports knowledge transfer to operations and DevOps teams Does not deploy or configure clusters but manages ongoing configuration and patching Patching nodes, monitoring cluster health, managing backups, resolving incidents
