Key Responsibilities

  • Lead gathering of business requirements for Core HR (legal entity, business

unit, department, jobs/positions/assignments) and Compensation (eligibility,

budget modelling, award components) modules.

  • Conduct fit‐gap analysis, map requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM

functionality and work with stakeholders to define solution options.

  • Configure the system: enterprise structures, worker/assignment data, security

roles, compensation plans & budget frameworks across global/multinational

contexts.

  • Collaborate with integration, reporting and data migration teams (e.g., HCM

Extracts, HDL, BI/OTBI) to ensure smooth data flow and reporting of comp &

hr metrics.

  • Support testing phases: unit, system, UAT – develop test scripts, facilitate

user training, validate results and assist with go‐live cutover and post‐go‐live

stabilisation.

  • Provide operational support and continual improvement: monitor business

usage, propose process optimisations, stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM

releases and enhancements.

  • Work effectively in cross‐functional/multicultural settings and liaise with global

teams as needed (India/EMEA/APAC).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM (preferably Core HR

and Compensation modules).
