Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) using blockchain technologies
- Develop and audit smart contracts for security and efficiency
- Integrate AI/ML models with blockchain systems for enhanced functionality
- Optimize consensus algorithms and network performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development or related fields
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages
- Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cryptography
