We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor/Writer to join our team as a Patriot Operations Technical Instructor/Writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering technical training and documentation to support the Patriot air and missile defense system. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and technicians to develop and deliver critical training and documentation that will be used by military personnel and civilians alike.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, instructional design, and adult learning principles. They will also have experience with creating and delivering training programs, as well as writing technical documentation. Additionally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of the Patriot system and its operations.
The Technical Instructor/Writer will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering technical training programs for Patriot operations personnel
- Creating technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and other supporting documentation
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of training and documentation
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement to training and documentation
- Staying up-to-date with changes to the Patriot system and its operations
