The PATRIOT - Program Cost Controls Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and controlling program costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will work closely with program managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate cost risks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and control program costs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support program decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate cost risks, working closely with program managers and finance teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost controls, financial analysis, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
