As the Patriot Program Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality engineering efforts for the Patriot program. This includes ensuring high-quality software development and deployment, as well as implementing and maintaining quality engineering processes and procedures. You will work closely with the program leadership team to develop and implement quality engineering strategies that align with the program's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quality engineering team and provide guidance and direction on quality engineering processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality engineering strategies that align with the program's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the program leadership team to ensure quality engineering efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Implement and maintain quality engineering processes and procedures, including test-driven development and DevOps practices.
- Ensure high-quality software development and deployment, including the identification and mitigation of quality risks.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on software development and deployment.
- Proven experience in leading quality engineering teams and developing and implementing quality engineering strategies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including AWS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
