About the Role
Fever is seeking an experienced People & Culture Generalist to join our growing team in the New York office. As a People & Culture Generalist, you will support the US region's People Operations, playing a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will work closely with employees and management to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR platforms.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Participate in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, organizing company events, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and labor laws to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
