As a Physical Security Manager (Onsite), you will be responsible for managing the physical security operations of our facility. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, as well as implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing access control systems and ensuring the security of our personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Manage access control systems and ensure secure access to facilities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in physical security or a related field
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
