We are seeking a skilled Physical Security Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Physical Security Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing physical security systems that protect our facilities and assets. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our security systems are integrated with our existing infrastructure and meet the highest standards of security and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our systems remain effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in physical security systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and standards, including PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Experience with Linux and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
