We are seeking a Planning and Industrial Engineering Focal to work on-site in Midland, GA, covering weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and planning, with experience in using Python and Machine Learning tools. Familiarity with AWS is also a plus. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement changes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with Python and Machine Learning tools.
- Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
