We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Practitioner to join our team in Mexicali, Mexico. As a key member of our Avionics team, you will be responsible for developing software solutions for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design and implementation of software products.

As a Software Development Practitioner, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers and developers to design, develop, and test software solutions for our avionics systems. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, as well as collaborating with our quality assurance team to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions for complex systems, including avionics, navigation, and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and program management.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of software products, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with our quality assurance team to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in the avionics or aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
