As a Principal Continuous Improvement Engineer at RTX, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the value of continuous improvement initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
