Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or economics.
- 10+ years of experience in cost estimating, with a focus on complex programs.
- Expert-level knowledge of cost estimating tools and techniques, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex cost estimating models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
