As a Principal DevOps Tools Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps tools and infrastructure to support software development and deployment. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevOps tools and infrastructure to support software development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize tooling needs.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline software development and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on DevOps tools and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on tooling and automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Python.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
