As a Principal Electrical Component Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical components for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and reliability. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in design tools such as Python, C++, Matlab, and Ansys. Experience with Altium is also highly desirable. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the development of technical documentation and standards.
