Principal Electrical/Test Engineer - Global Tech Solutions (Onsite) at RTX (Raytheon Technologies). We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical/Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test solutions for electrical systems. This is an onsite position located in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Troubleshoot and debug test equipment and software.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and test engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW programming languages.
- Experience with Agilent and other automated test equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
