As a Principal Engineer / Sr. Principal Engineer - Structural Design, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of structural systems for complex aerospace and defense projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis for aerospace and defense projects.
- Proven track record of leading complex design projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of finite element analysis, structural dynamics, and structural design software such as Abaqus and ANSYS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
