As a Principal Factory Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality and manufacturing processes in our Tucson, AZ facility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning to drive efficiency and quality.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Leading the development and implementation of process improvements, leveraging technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Developing and maintaining manufacturing process control systems.
- Providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, manufacturing process control, and technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality engineering and manufacturing process control.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with AWS and manufacturing process control systems.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
