As a Principal GaN Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-reliability GaN components and systems. You will design and develop innovative solutions using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning algorithms. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate GaN components into larger systems, ensuring seamless integration with AWS-based infrastructure. Your expertise in GaN reliability engineering will be critical in ensuring the highest levels of reliability and performance in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-reliability GaN components and systems

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in GaN reliability engineering
- Expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Strong understanding of GaN materials and device physics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
