As a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the cost and schedule control functions for complex programs. This includes developing and implementing cost and schedule control plans, analyzing and reporting on program performance, and identifying and mitigating risks. You will work closely with program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining cost and schedule control processes and procedures, and for providing training and guidance to program teams on cost and schedule control best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost and schedule control, with experience working on complex programs and a proven track record of success in leading cost and schedule control functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost and schedule control plans for complex programs
  • Analyze and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program cost and schedule
  • Develop and maintain cost and schedule control processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to program teams on cost and schedule control best practices

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cost and schedule control, with a strong background in program management
  • Proven track record of success in leading cost and schedule control functions on complex programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
