What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s AI/ML team to lead the strategy, requirements, pricing, and releases associated with SentinelOne’s new AI/ML features. The SentinelOne AI/ML team is leading a number of strategic initiatives across the company to infuse the SentinelOne Singularity Platform with various types of AI/ML, including generative AI, to simplify and strengthen the platform’s detection, hunting, investigation, response, and reporting workflows. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with engineering, sales, marketing, and peers in product management. In this specific role you will report to the VP Product for Cloud Security and AI/ML and work closely with machine learning engineers in our dedicated AI/ML engineering team.
What You'll Do:
- Define, evangelize, and maintain the strategy and vision for AI/ML features in SentinelOne.
- Write requirements documents defining AI/ML features across the SentinelOne product lines.
- Develop pricing analysis to determine how we should charge customers for AI/ML features.
- Manage the release processes associated with AI/ML features.
- Coordinate documentation and go-to-market efforts in collaboration with the documentation, sales, and marketing teams.
- Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, product groups, sales engineering, and solution architects to collect requirements.
- Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers, prospects, and others.
- Analyze usage trends and financial metrics associated with AI/ML features and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis.
- Build strong trust relationships with other product groups, partners, and customers.
- Understand the capabilities of top competitors and how we can differentiate.
What You'll Need:
- 15+ years of product management experience (or equivalent).
- Deep experience with AI/ML and cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience with “0-to-1” product launches.
- Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals with strategic impact and short-term objectives.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence peers in research, engineering, and product marketing.
- Strong quantitative and business analysis skills that translate data into strategic insights and decisions.

- This position requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.
