As a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst, you will lead cost and schedule control analysis for complex programs, utilizing expertise in cost estimating, earned value management, and project management. You will develop and implement cost and schedule control processes, analyze and report on program performance, and provide recommendations to program leadership. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost and schedule control processes and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to program leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain cost and schedule control metrics and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to program personnel on cost and schedule control processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cost and schedule control analysis, with a focus on complex programs.
  • Expertise in cost estimating, earned value management, and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
