Principal Program Cost Control Analyst will lead cost control activities on large-scale programs, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates, and implementing effective cost management strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost estimating, earned value management, and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain cost management reports and dashboards to provide visibility into program costs and performance.
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate cost risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of cost control activities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in cost estimating, earned value management, and program management.
- Strong background in cost estimating and earned value management methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to develop complex spreadsheets and models.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
