As a Principal Project Engineer at RTX, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects from conception to delivery. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to drive innovation and success. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans that meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement project solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, and developing and implementing corrective actions as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
