Key Responsibilities
- Design complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions tailored to customer business outcomes
- Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation phases to ensure realistic, achievable solutions
- Collaborate with account executives and delivery teams to align proposed solutions with customer objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions
- Mentor teams, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements within the organization
- Translate technical concepts into business value to maximize customer satisfaction and SOW signings
Requirements
- Proven experience designing technical solutions in the technology/consulting sector
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, particularly with AWS services and best practices
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to lead solution design and influence customer outcomes
- Experience mentoring teams and sharing knowledge through training and reusable artifacts
