Key Responsibilities
- Design complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions to deliver customer business outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and best practices during sales and implementation phases
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
- Ensure solutions optimize ProServe and partner capabilities to maximize customer outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
- 6+ years of working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
