As a Principal Scientist, Small Molecule, you will lead research and development of small molecule compounds using machine learning and data analysis techniques. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting experiments to identify and optimize small molecule compounds for various applications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our discovery and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, bioinformatics, and data analysis, with experience in Python and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply machine learning models to predict compound properties and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in small molecule research and development.

  • Experience with Python and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
