As a Principal Software Quality Engineer, you will lead software quality engineering efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality engineering processes and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues, and driving the development of test automation frameworks and tools. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, collaborating with development teams to ensure quality and reliability of software products, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers. You will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing quality-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality metrics and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality-related issues, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.

- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
