As a Principal Specialist- ServiceNow DevOps, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow to drive DevOps excellence and automation across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions using ServiceNow. This role requires strong technical skills in ServiceNow, DevOps, and cloud computing, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, Python, and AWS, and a strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow to drive DevOps excellence and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations.
