As a Principal Specialist, Supply Chain Management, you will lead the development and implementation of supply chain management initiatives that drive business growth and optimize operations. You will leverage data analysis and machine learning to identify trends, predict demand, and optimize inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions that inform strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize supply chain improvement opportunities and develop plans to address them. Additionally, you will analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
