As a Principal/Sr. Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
