As a Principal/Sr. Principal Electromechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex electromechanical systems and products. You will apply your expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering principles to create innovative solutions that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electromechanical systems and products, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Apply mechanical and electrical engineering principles to create innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that designs are optimized for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Proven track record of leading design and development teams to deliver complex electromechanical systems and products.
  • Strong understanding of design tools such as SolidWorks and CATIA.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
